Track what's being sprayed above us — facts, photos, and accountability
Every day, more people are looking up and asking the same question: what is being sprayed above us?
Clear skies turn to hazy days too often. Weather modification programs are documented and operating in at least 9 US states — this isn’t speculation, it’s public record. Over 600 patents sit in the USPTO. Congress held a hearing called “Playing God with the Weather” in September 2025. Tennessee, Florida, and Montana have already passed bans. Twenty-two more states have bills pending.
The data exists — aircraft transponder signals are public, FAA registration is public record, congressional testimony is on the record. But nobody has built an open platform that ties it all together and puts it in the hands of everyday people.
That’s what SkyLedger is.
SkyLedger is a community-driven transparency movement. We track and tag known weather modification operators. We aggregate facts and sourced information for people who are still skeptical and just starting to notice. We give citizens tools to take action — letter templates, phone scripts, legislation trackers, and direct connections to organizations already fighting this at the legal level.
And we do something nobody else does: we let citizens submit their own photos that become proven, court-admissible documentation through cryptographic hashing of the photo metadata. Every submission is timestamped, geolocated, and SHA-256 hashed — meeting Federal Rule of Evidence 901 standards. That means your photo of what’s happening in your sky is legally verifiable evidence that can’t be tampered with after the fact.
SkyLedger doesn’t do conspiracy. We don’t blame. We stick with the facts, cite our sources, and let the data speak for itself. When the same aircraft shows up in 47 citizen reports from 23 independent observers across 12 locations, you don’t need a theory — you need a ledger. That’s what this is.
SkyLedger is actively in development — 70% complete with core systems operational:
Tech stack: Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript, Supabase (PostgreSQL), Leaflet.js mapping, TailwindCSS 4, deployed on Vercel.
Native mobile app (iOS + Android) — SkyLedger is becoming an app you carry in your pocket. See a plane? Open the app, snap a photo, and it’s instantly logged with GPS, timestamp, and cryptographic proof. Real-time flight overlay right on your phone’s camera view. Push alerts when known operators enter your area. This is the next major milestone.
Beyond the app:
The magic of this project isn’t any one person’s coding ability — it’s what happens when people with different perspectives, different knowledge, and different lived experiences all aim at the same problem. A pilot sees the data differently than a developer. A parent in Tennessee sees it differently than a researcher. Every angle makes the project sharper.
